Additional information
Number of application file: 1 set and drawings enclosed with CD recorded all document and drawing contents (in format of AutoCAD, Acrobat for drawings and Word, Excel, Acrobat for documents).
Procedure for obtaining construction planning certificate is applied to areas that have 1/500-scale detailed construction planning with dossiers of complete elements in accordance with Law on Construction approved by competent authorities
For areas that do not have 1/500-scale detailed construction planning or dossiers do not have complete elements in accordance with Law on Construction, investors shall have to carry out procedure for obtaining architectural planning agreement at Hanoi Authority for Urban Planning & Architecture. Hanoi Authority for Urban Planning & Architecture shall issue architectural planning agreement instead of issuing construction planning certificate.
