In order to lease land outside industrial zone for investment project, the investors may: (i) participate into bidding to be selected as investor of the project upon competent State authority's announcement of list of projects calling for investor in public media such as Bidding Newspaper, Hanoi Portal - www.hanoi.gov.vn or website of Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment - www.hapi.gov.vn or (ii) propose to take project into list of projects for investor selection at location proposed by investors. Investors may find location themselves or through an authorized real estate agency. We hereby describe case (ii) above.
