Additional information
Foreign passports can be authenticated by any district people’s committee with no need for consular legalization.
Investors may request to authenticate as many copies of document as they wish. Please note that the district People's Committee will keep one authenticated copy of each document for filing.
Vietnamese investors in the company may replace passport with Vietnamese ID card in application file for Investment Certificate. We assume here that the investor need to authenticate 03 passports (or Vietnamese ID card) for legal representative of the company to be created, for individual investor, and for authorized representative of corporate investor.
