Additional information
Number of application file: 1 set and drawings enclosed with CD recorded all document and drawing contents (in format of AutoCAD, Acrobat for drawings and Word, Excel, Acrobat for documents).
For an investment project having area of 5 ha or more (area of 2 ha or more for housing construction investment project), it is required to make and obtain approval on detailed construction-planning blueprint instead of obtaining master plan approval. Hanoi Authority for Urban Planning & Architecture will appraise the detailed construction-planning blueprint and submit to Hanoi People’s Committee for approval.
