After 4-5 working days as from visiting the land plot, Hanoi Authority for Finance shall send an invitation letter to investor, Hanoi Natural Resources & Environment Department and Hanoi Tax Authority to a meeting to determine land rental and land rental rate. Time for meeting will be indicated in the invitation letter
