Additional information

For an investment project having area of 5 ha or more (area of 2 ha or more for housing construction investment project), it is required to make and obtain approval on detailed construction-planning blueprint instead of obtaining master plan approval. Competent authority appraise and approve detailed construction-planning blueprint Hanoi Authority for Urban Planning & Architecture will appraise the detailed construction-planning blueprint and submit to Hanoi People’s Committee for approval.
