By law, time limit for the authority to handle the application file: 20 working days for Group A project, 15 working days for Group B project and 10 working days for Group C project as from the date of receiving complete application file.

Additional information

In the project evaluation process, the investors shall have to seek opinions of State management agencies on basic designs. The competent State agencies giving opinions, time limit for giving opinions on basic designs are depended on nature, scale of investment projects as stipulated in Article 2 of Circular 03/2009/TT-BXD.
We only describe here case that providing opinions on conceptual design is of Hanoi Construction Department.
