Hanoi Natural Resources & Environment Department approves the drawings which are a basis for preparing detailed plan for compensation, assistance and relocation and sends these approved drawings to district-level People’s Committee and the Investor. In this approval, Hanoi Natural Resources & Environment Department shall instruct the investor (company) to contact a measuring organization to get landmarks setting up plan.
