Additional information
Foreign passports can be authenticated by any district people’s committee without the need of consular legalization.
Investors may request for as many authenticated copies as they wish, but need at least 4, each of which will be required for steps No. 11, 15, 17 and 19. Please note that the People's Committee will keep one simple copy for filing.
