Article 7

Additional information

Although the statutory time limit for issuance of an Establishment Certificate is 15 days following reception of complete documents, the HITD often treats the application within 7 working days. However, in case the HITD issues an official letter requesting specific additional information/document as the documents are deemed incomplete, the 7-day period for treating the application will start again.
