Time frame

By law, the detailed construction-planning task appraisal and approval time limit shall be 10 working days as from submission of the complete application file, excluding time of amending, supplementing the application file according to appraisal opinions

Number of sets of an application file: 04 sets, including at least 01 original set

For an investment project having area of 5 ha or more, it is required to make and obtain approval decision on construction-planning task, construction-planning blueprint. For an investment project having area of less than 5 ha, it is not required to carry out these steps.
