Additional information

Number of application file: 1 set of legal dossier and 1 set of drawing dossier.
Formality of documents must comply with Article 14.3, 14.4 of Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.
Obtaining opinions on conceptual design is applied to project having total investment capital of VND 15 billion or more, excluding land use levies.
HIZA has authority to provide opinions on conceptual design of investment project on construction of works, public service house, employee house of Group B and C (having total investment capital of VND 15 billions or more, excluding land use levies) in industrial zones, export processing zones, hi-tech parks in Hanoi.
We only describe here case that providing opinions on conceptual design is of HIZA’s authority.
