Expected results

Notification of EIA report supplementation

Time frame

If the dossier is incomplete or invalid, within five (5) working days, it shall notify in writing the project owner to complete the dossier
The time limit for appraising EIA reports is thirty (30) working days after receiving complete and valid dossiers, and forty-five (45) working days, for projects with complicated environmental impacts. The time limit for approving an EIA report is fifteen (15) working days after receiving a complete and valid dossier. The time limit for appraisal and approval of an EIA report does not include the time for the project owner to finalize the environmental impact assessment report dossier in accordance with conclusion of appraisal council of EIA report.
Without notification, the company will collect the approval on EIA report on date specified in the receipt of application file.
