HIZA has authority to provide opinions on conceptual design of investment project on construction of works, public service house, employee house of Group B and C (having total investment capital of VND 15 billions or more, excluding land use levies) in industrial zones, export processing zones, hi-tech parks in Hanoi.
We only describe here case that providing opinions on conceptual design is of HIZA’s authority.
