The investor should contact Reception & Release Desk after 3 working days as from submission of application file to receive the information of application file validity or receive requirement of supplementation or explanation.
When the investor re-submits its application, the authority may either (i) withdraw the original receipt of application and issue a new one or (ii) indicate in the original receipt the additional documents being submitted. The maximum time defined by law for receiving result will be recounted from the date of submission of the additional documents.
