Works subject to construction design evaluation is stipulated in Article 21.1 of Decree No. 15/2013/ND-CP of the Government.
Grade of construction works to define works subject to construction design evaluation carried by State management authority on construction is stipulated in Appendix 1 of Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.
HIZA has authority to evaluate design of Grade III and IV construction works in industrial zones, export processing zones and hi-tech parks in Hanoi.
We only describe here case of construction design evaluation of works subject to HIZA’s authority.
