Additional information

It is mandatory to indicate a place to be used as the registered office of the company as well as location for project implementation. The investor and the lessor will sign an MOU on office lease and the investor may pay a deposit. The lease contract will be signed by the company and the lessor after the enterprise registration certificate has been issued.
The investors may find office location by themselves, or through a real estate agency in Ha Noi.
