The investor is requested to contact with Reception & Release Desk after 3 working days as from submission of application file to receive the information of application file validity or receive requirement of supplementation or explanation

When the investor re-submits its application, HAPI may either (i) withdraw the original receipt of application and issue a new one or (ii) indicate in the original receipt the additional documents being submitted. The maximum time defined by law for issuance of the Investment Certificate will be recounted from the date of submission of the additional documents.

For investment projects subject to investment evaluation to issue Investment Certificate (including project having investment capital of VND 300 billion or more), within 3 working days as from the date that investors submit complete application file, if the application files satisfy conditions for settlement, HAPI shall consider and issue official letter to gather opinions of relevant Ministries and Branches. The investor may receive request to supplement application file upon requirement of relevant Ministries and Branches.
