Additional information

- Company must change the seal upon conversion of company’s form, change of company’s name, change of company’s head office location to another district.
- In case that Company loses seal or seal specimen certificate, the Company should contact to Hanoi Police Department, Division of Administration on Social Security for detailed instruction.
After receiving the application file for seal making, the Police Department shall instruct the person submitting application file to pay seal making fee to the authorized representative of seal making company at Connecting One-Stop Shop Unit of Hanoi.
