Following documents are required to supplemented respectively to the amendment:

Investment project proposal (original)

MOU or contract on office lease (original)

Legal documents proving ownership or use right to location (Simple copy)
It's usually required certificate of land use right and property attached to the land and certificate of business registration of the lessor which is a company having office leasing function by law

For individual investors, supplement:

Authenticated copy of passport or Vietnamese ID card of individual investor

For foreign corporate investors, supplement (for Vietnamese corporate investors, the legalized copy and Vietnamese version of following documents shall be replaced by authenticated copy only)

Consular legalized copy of certificate of incorporation
or equivalent documents to define legal status of the investors (for Vietnamese corporate investors, the legalized copy and Vietnamese version of following documents shall be replaced by authenticated copy only)

Certified translation of legalized copy of certificate of incorporation
or equivalent documents to define legal status of the investors (for Vietnamese corporate investors, the legalized copy and Vietnamese version of following documents shall be replaced by authenticated copy only)

Power of attorney (2) (original)
issued by the investor for the authorized representative in the project

Authenticated copy of passport or Vietnamese ID card of the authorized representative

Consular legalized copy of 2 latest years audited financial report
or commitment of financial assistance from parent company; or commitment of financial assistance from financial institution; or guarantee for financial capability of investor; or statement on financial capability of investor

Certified translation of legalized copy of 2 latest years audited financial report
or commitment of financial assistance from parent company; or commitment of financial assistance from financial institution; or guarantee for financial capability of investor; or statement on financial capability of investor

Passport or Vietnamese ID card of the person submitting application file (original)
to present at the counter

For case that investors authorize other person to submit application file and receive result, supplement:

with service company in case that investors authorize service company to submit application file and receive result
