Additional information

It is mandatory to indicate a place to be used as the registered office of the company. The investor and the lessor will sign an MOU on office or factory space lease and the investor pays a deposit. The lease contract will be signed by the company and the lessor after the investment certificate has been issued.
The investors may find office location by themselves, or through a real estate agency in Ha Noi.
