Although it is not mandatory, the investor (or its authorized person) is highly recommended to meet with HHTP MB to collect (i) information on investment opportunities at HHTP and (ii) forms relating to the procedures to issue Investment certificate. The meeting request can be made by email, fax, or phone call or via a letter to the Investment Promotion Department. HHTP MB will notify the investor of the meeting via email, fax, or phone call or official letter.
