Additional information

A number of documents must be submitted in the application for an investment certificate, for example: company charter, list of LLC members and joint venture agreement (if applicable), etc. In practice, since all of these documents must be drafted in Vietnamese they require some local support (e.g. from law or consultancy firms or individual consultants).
