The Ha Noi eRegulations system is an online database designed to bring total transparency to foreign investment procedures in Ha Noi. It is brought to you by the Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam in co-operation with Ha Noi People's Committee and its Department of Planning and Investment (HAPI), Industrial Zones Authority (HIZA), etc... and Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board (HHTP MB).
You will find here descriptions of investment procedures in industrial zones, in Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park and outside those special zones. There are, in Ha Noi, around 20 industrial zones with adequate infrastructures where investors can establish they factory. Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park offers attractive incentives for technology companies.
Procedures are detailed step-by-step, from the user's point of view. For each step you have access to the contact details of the entities/offices/persons in charge, forms and requirements, costs, duration and laws.
